Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in NZD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
Pick up & Delivery

We offer pick-up from our store and delivery within our service area. Delivery times are subject to availability and confirmation.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
Exchanges

Bouquets can be exchanged within 1 hour of pick-up or delivery if you are not satisfied.

To arrange an exchange, please contact us immediately on 0211447641

After 1 hour, we cannot offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of flowers.
Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to the perishable nature of our products.
Cancellations & Refunds

To confirm your order a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

If you cancel your order at least 2 days before it is prepared, you will receive a 50% refund of the total price.

Once the order is completed or dispatched for delivery, cancellations are not possible.
Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability and supply, certain flowers or products may be substituted with similar items of equal or greater value without prior notice.
Liability

We are not responsible for damages or issues arising from improper handling of flowers after pick-up or delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, courier issues).
