Refund Policy

Exchanges

  • Bouquets can be exchanged within 1 hour of pick-up or delivery if you are not satisfied.

  • To arrange an exchange, please contact us immediately on 0211447641

  • After 1 hour, we cannot offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of flowers.

 

Returns

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to the perishable nature of our products.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • To confirm your order a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

  • If you cancel your order at least 2 days before it is prepared, you will receive a 50% refund of the total price.

  • Once the order is completed or dispatched for delivery, cancellations are not possible.

 

Substitutions

  • Due to seasonal availability and supply, certain flowers or products may be substituted with similar items of equal or greater value without prior notice.

 

Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages or issues arising from improper handling of flowers after pick-up or delivery.

    •        •    We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, courier issues).
