We strive to ensure that your flowers are delivered fresh and on time. Please review our delivery policy below:

• We currently deliver to all Auckland suburbs.

• If your delivery address is outside our service area, please contact us before placing an order to discuss options.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next day (or on the date selected at checkout).

• We deliver Monday–Sunday, 9 AM – 9 PM.

• A delivery fee of $12.50 applies to all orders.

• Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside standard zones or for urgent/special deliveries.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers at the delivery address.

• If the recipient is not available:

  • Flowers may be left in a safe place at the property (if deemed safe).

  • Or returned to our store for pick-up (additional fees may apply for re-delivery).

• Please double-check the recipient’s address when placing an order.

• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• During busy periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), delivery times may vary.

• We recommend placing your order in advance to secure your preferred delivery date.

• If you have any specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, leave with neighbor), please include them at checkout.

• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic disruptions, or courier delays.
