Join us at Mii Studio for a rejuvenating 50-minute Pilates session led by Amelia, followed by a delightful posy-making experience at nearby Highbrook Park while sipping pre + probiotic sodas from Moodi Blends. Enjoy light drinks and nibbles as we wind down, creating the perfect post-Pilates reset among vibrant blooms. If rain dampens our plans, we’ll bring the beauty indoors. Come embrace wellness and creativity with Poses & Posies. No experience needed!

If you cancel your booking at least 2 days before the workshop, you will receive a full refund of the total price. Cancellations any later will result in only a 50% refund.
